Indoor side lose in Cup Quarter Final

Andy Worths indoor side missed out on a semi final place in the indoor cup. Following a narrow victory over Winchester University Sparsholt faced Compton and Chadlers Ford in the quarter final. Batting first Sparsholt quickly lost Tognarelli and Jenner followed by Worth and Dunford, Jon Vokes and Richard Vaughan worked hard to get to a total of 90 probably 25 runs short of a realistic target. Tight spells from Worth and Vokes kept Sparsholt in the game but Compton cruised to victory needing just one of the final over.
