Sparsholt Cricket Club is 85 years old this year, and haven't times changed.
Back in 1929 - Village Cricket was exactly that, Clubs from various villages playing each other, there was no set structure and everything was played very much in the Spirit of the game.
These days Cricket in the Hampshire area is a huge affair, with Clubs participating in various leagues and competitions to give their members a multitude of different games and formats in which they can play.
The Southern League and the Hampshire Cricket League both do tremendous jobs at bringing a huge range of fixtures to the clubs that are affilated with them at all ability levels. Sparsholt Cricket Club would like to thank you for all of your efforts.
Sparsholt Cricket Club, just like the Southern and Hampshire Cricket Leagues are managed by a volunteers, nobody gets paid for what they do, and the main reason these volunteers do what they do is for their love of our Sport. But these leagues and the Clubs in these leagues rely on fundraising and Sponsorship in order to keep going.
Clubs across the country, are constantly looking for businesses large and small to work with the Cricket Club to promote both the club and their business through a range of various packages. Here at Sparsholt, we are no different; we have collated packages - each with a variety of benefits from advertising around the ground to your business name and/or logo on all Playing Shirts and Sweaters and more.
